Hi!
Unfortunately it’s not possible to create an invoice without creating an invoice number. So the only way around this is to create the invoice, then delete the invoice number (in the order details you can remove the invoice number) and restore the ‘Next invoice number’ setting in the Template settings.

I have another question:
1. If i refund an order, how can i make the invoice to show that is refunded? On refunded orders nothing is showing on the invoice, no modifications
2. Is there a possibility to show the Invoice number on the Orders page?

Hi!
In most countries it’s not allowed to modify invoices, you need a credit note/credit invoice to account for the refund. This a feature of the professional extension.
There’s an option on the General settings tab to show the invoice number on the orders page.

One last question. I bought the profesional extension. Can i make the proforma show on orders page?

Hi! In the Pro tab, you need to enable the proforma, then the button will be shown on the orders page. There’s also a button on the My Account page, but it will only be shown if there is no final invoice yet.
