    Good morning,
    I have a problem.
    When a customer places an order and pays with a credit card, the email of the new order with the invoice attached correctly arrives as an administrator.
    If you pay with PayPal, I receive the new order email but there is no invoice attached

    could you close it so we can keep this first thread as the primary one, please?

    As for you issue, are you using a custom template? If not, do you have any errors in your logs as outlined here? You’re looking for entries prefixed with wpo_wcpdf or fatal_errors.

    No, I’m not using any custom templates.
    I checked the logs and there are no errors with those prefixes

    Could you share a screenshot of your settings under PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, please?

    That’s odd. Do you have any plugins active on your site that handles emails, such MailPoet, Brevo, etc? Sometimes these plugins will block email attachments

    No, no plugins of that type.
    And in any case the attached invoices arrive without problems when the user purchases with a credit card.
    When using PayPal the attached invoice is not there.
    And I have to generate it manually within the order
