Invoices are not printing after migration from staging area.

Temporary folder is set to :

    /customers/a/9/9/phoenixmusicpublications.com/httpd.www/wp-content/uploads/wpo_wcpdf_dde3544027d6ea227fc5531ea4c15e8f/

which exists and is writable. I have tried deactivating plugin, deleting and reinstalling, but problem persists.

Permalinks are set to “plain”. When I change to “Post name” invoices print, but other areas of the site don’t function. When I switch back, problem returns.

    Any suggestions?

    thanks

    Hi @budfwaldo,

Could you try disabling the “Pretty document links” option in WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Settings?

    YES!!!!

Thank you. I thought it should be a simple fix, I just couldn’t find it!

    No problem, @budfwaldo! 🙂

It seems that our “pretty links” are not yet compatible with the “Plain” option, within the permalinks settings, but I’ve notified that to the team to see if we can add support for it too.
