get error html5 video file not found, in all videos on ipad ad iphone.
this is my 3rd time i contact you.

i’ve tried to install previous versions and beta.

Hello Andrea,

The inability to play an MP4 file on iOS devices is most likely caused by a wrong kind of video codec. iPhones and iPads don’t support all kinds of mp4. Try using a video converter to convert the mp4 file to a H.264 codec. Also, there are other specifications to consider.
