In all the reports the ip address of my vistors are all the same.
They are equal to my PCextreme website provider
I thought every vistor has an unique IP addres

Done, but still I see the same IP-address

That means that your firewall is not forwarding the originating IP address to the web server. We can issue a refund for the add-on purchase, if you contact our support service.
