Hi,
Under “IP address detection settings”, only “Your detected IP address according to Cloudflare” is working correctly. The other 2 settings give me errors:
Your detected IP address according to ipify (IPv4): IPv6 failure: error (Internal Server Error)
Your detected IP address according to ipify (IPv6): IPv4 failure: error (Internal Server Error)

How do I resolve this?

Can you please cross check IPfy API is accessible ? It tries call below two API to get the IP address.

https://api.ipify.org?format=json

https://api64.ipify.org/?format=json

Yes, both APIs are working, showing me my IP address.

Ok, using jQuery.ajax( It calls those two API to show IP address.. IF It shows in your browser data. Can you please cross check by Inspect Element any jquery conflict making issue or any other error.

If I check here in mylocal it shows IP address.

Hi @refugeindhamma

Ok, we use the IPfy Api to show there IP address, If it shows in your browser and do not show in the AIOS page means some thing blocking it, It gets 500 Internal Server Error. Which is response from IPfy.org

I will try check in more detail but it is response from IPfy API.

Not an issue we can solve in AIOS.

@refugeindhamma,

No make sure IP detection method showing correct IP. It will not affect security of your website.
