please go to my.quic.cloud -> dns zone -> this domain -> update www and/or root domain to correct IP
then go to my.quic.cloud -> this domain -> setting -> server IP , update the IP as well
Thanks for your reply. Do you mean the A records? The values look like they are from my previous hosting provider.

yes , these records should be updated to correct IP ,and also the one in my.quic.cloud -> domain -> settings -> server IP
I should get the name servers now, but instead I get this:
What should I do?
I see the name servers now under DNS zones. But it says the CNAME c3627625.tier1.quicns.com is invalid…

if your current DNS provider does not allow CNAME to be set on root domain , then you need to swtich to our DNS or other DNS that allows CNAME on root domain
I’ve changed the name servers into the QUIC.CLOUD name servers on the hosting side hPanel. I have to wait a while now before it becomes active.
Does the CDN work now? It says it’s enabled. Is it necessary to change CNAME?

no , if you are using QC DNS , you do not need to use CNAME , just set normal A records for www and root domain

leave your DNS as it is right now , don’t modify it anymore
The DNS A records are set to the correct IP address.
