Not at the moment, but that is an interesting idea.
I think if I implement it that the IP address would only be available to the admin in the dashboard, not for display on the website.
I will give it some thought as privacy is a concern, someone may wish to sign anonymously and giving their IP is a route to discovering their identity.

Of course, you could get their IP address from the server log if you _really_ wanted it.
I appreciate the idea and have thought about this.
My initial feeling about privacy wins. People are entitled to sign a petition without easily revealing their IP address whether or not they even realise they are doing it.
As I said, you may be able to retrieve it from the server log if you are really interested.
