IP block for subscriber?

Hi,

Do you have a code on backend that only allows one subscription per IP? I am doing a testing. The first time I saw the subscriber address in my wpadmin and the email address is red color. The second time and third time, there is nothing.

I type some text in the page ‘subscribe2’ page and change default layout. That shouldn’t affect that.
