IP Blocked

Hi, we have a strange case. One client have two websites hosted on separated accounts in the same server. Two fridays ago he says that the two sites give a blocked advertising, very strange in the 2 sites at the same time We put his IP on the white list and but he still is blocked… the strange is two sites at the same time, the IP is 84.124.179.181
