    is there a way to show user IP addresses? We’re getting a lot of the same bot trying to make purchases on our site so we want to block their IP in Cloudflare but cartbounty doesnt show their IP address in the abandoned cart list

    Hi @tonydidsbury and thanks for reaching out. 😊

    At the moment, the visitor IP address is not available in the Free version of CartBounty.

    IP tracking (along with the abandoned cart export feature) is included in CartBounty Pro which will allow you to have a better understanding of the traffic source. Also the Pro version has some additional bot protection layers present which should provide better protection.
