IP exclusion

    Can I set IP exclusion in the free version? And how? Button “Save IP Adresse” in “Settings” does not work.

    Hello,

    Yes, you can exclude any IP address by entering the IPv4 address in the Settings page under the IP Exclusion tab.

    Give it a try, and let me know how it works!

    Hello,

    When I enter an IP address, I got the message “Entered ip adress is already exist in systems.” But there is no entry of the I.P. adresses in the IP exclusion table! So I think it don’t work.

    Hello,

    I tested the feature, and it works correctly. Please see the attached screenshot.

    You can install the plugin and test it in a sandbox environment. If possible, share a screenshot of the “Add New IP Address” page or provide the IP so I can investigate further.

    We’ve updated the IP address saving function to improve its reliability and security. Please update to the latest version and test it again
