IP2location redirection don`t work

    I have installed IP2location redirection, inserted tokens and updated the database, set everything correctly, deactivated the cache program WP-Rocket. We have http://www.doggyfresh.ch for Switzerland and would like to redirect our Swiss customers from doggyfresh.at to doggyfresh.ch. When I go to our doggyfresh.at site via VPN with a Swiss IP address, it does not redirect. Thank you for your help.

    Can I know the IP of your VPN? It seems like there is no IP coming from CH in your log file.

    We use Nord VPN and access the network via a server in Zurich with different IP addresses. I check the IP address with Google. Google confirms the address as a Swiss IP. However, the log file does not show a Swiss IP address. Often from France or the US.

    Can you send let me a list of the VPN IP so I can confirm the location detect is accurate?
