    IP2location country blocker, settings->ip2proxy lookup mode- local BIN database
    The above function not working for me
    The current ip2location country blocker version is 2.28.1
    I have tried resetting and reinstalling the plugin.
    gives 2 major errors:
    1) database not found- I have uploaded the database via FTP still an issue
    2) database is corrupted, Please try again-

    I have changed php.ini settings too-
    memory_limit- 512M,
    post_max_size-128M,
    upload-max_filesize-512M

    I appreciate your help in advance.
