ipad issue. returning customer link not working

    This problem only appears on the ipad. The returning customer link does not respond. It does nothing. The coupon code link works just fine, but not the one above it for returning customers.
    Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Version 2.3.8. WP 4.1.5 (soon to upgrade to 4.2.2)

    Updated to latest version but still having this issue. Anyone else having the same problem and/or found a fix?
