• Hello,

I have a problem with responsive pages i create with Zedity. It seems that my iphone doesn’t recognize the content as responsive. The images and the text are cropped and i can’t scroll down to see the rest of the page. (tried with Safari and Chrome) I also tested the page with a Samsung Galaxy S4 and the content appears perfectly like it should. Can anyone help me with this, is it a problem with Iphones in general or is it just me?

    Thanks

  • Hello Dom,

We have tried to analyze the page at the link above and we have found a plugin installation problem on your blog.

For some reason your Zedity Premium plugin is installed in a ‘zedity-premium-2’ folder instead of ‘zedity-premium’: that causes an unexpected behaviour (for some technical details).

To correct that, you should uninstall the Zedity Premium plugin and then double-check via FTP that all Zedity related folders are correctly removed (in the /wp-content/plugins/ sub-folder). If not, please remove them manually.

After that, re-install the Zedity Premium plugin and check via FTP that the plugin is now correctly installed in the ‘zedity-premium’ folder.

Please let us know how it goes. Thank you.
