The emails are correct on other devices, although we are in the process of verifying that statement.
But on iphones the sender is showing as the same incorrect name e.g. “Joe Smith OUR DOMAIN”. The same wrong name (Joe Smith) is on every single email sent by the form and doesn’t relate to the actual sender. The website address is in uppercase for some reason. But the main issue is the name. It isn’t displaying the correct sender field [your-name]. Has anyone else had this weird issue? I can’t figure it out.
When we open the email on the iphone the details are all correct. But my client is frustrated as the email sender in the Inbox list of emails is wrong and its the same wrong name on all the emails from the form. I can add a screenshot if that helps.
We’ve checked on other devices and the webmail and it is correct so it seems to be an iphone issue.
What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?
To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.
Hello. Do you think it could be an iphone issue as its not happening with other devices or the webmail? The client is getting fed up as every email notification shows the same wrong sender “Joe Smith” in the Inbox summary but when he clicks on the email it is correct. We love your plugin and its worked perfectly for years for this client and all my other clients. So I’m wondering if its iphone causing the issue.
We are using Spacious theme with these plugins:- All-in-One WP Migration, Contact Form 7, Ditty, Flamingo, Photo Gallery, Really Simple SSL, Wordfence Security, WP Fastest Cache, WP Statistics and Yoast SEO

I don’t think so.
Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Flamingo, Really Simple SSL, Wordfence Security and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.
