    When trying the form on my iPhone, I always get the message, “There is an error in uploading a file, Please try again.”
    Whether what kind of file I choose is not essential, I have tried with heic, jpg, jpeg, pdf, doc, png,…
    Doesn’t accept any files.

    On a computer, it works normally.
    I want to purchase the premium version but want to be sure this is something that works normally in the premium version.

    Hello,

    I have checked at our local server and this type of issue does not happen but I have noticed that your website is working on both SSL and non-SSL URLs so, on mobile, you may have checked with non-SSL (http://) URL.

    If so, then kindly open your website URL with manually adding https:// and after that, check the video upload.
