    Hi,

    Did you activate the IPN in your PayPal account?

    Do you have an SSL certificate on your website?

    I am using sandbox so i think i have not ipn and I believe I will have to make success page? No,
    I dont have ssl certificate on site
    is it necessary? for sandbox testing

    Hi,

    You will need to setup the IPN in your sandbox account otherwise the payment notifications will not work correctly.

    An SSL certificate is required by 19 January 2016 for Sandbox testing and by 30 September 2016 for all PayPal transactions.
