IPN not generating information in admin

    Hi,
    I have the PayPal IPN installed and I have all my settings done correctly. At least I think I do. Last night when I tested it it was working and everything was showing up beautifully. However today, nothing is showing up in the admin panel. I checked the IPN history in Paypal, and it’s showing all the transactions. I’m not sure what happened between last night and today. I know I had the Enable Logging turned on for a short time today (this was after everything was showing up correctly last night) but I have turned that off. Also, I had deleted a few pages that I was not using as well. I’m not sure if any of that even has anything to do with why the information is no longer showing up or not.
    I did look at the notify URL for my button, and I have nothing inserted there. I’m not sure where else to look for that since I don’t have much knowledge with this kind of stuff. Any help that you might have would be great. Thank you so much!

    Is the IPN History showing a 200 result for all of them, or is it showing a different result? If you click into the details of one of them, does it show the URL that our plugin provides, or is it showing some other URL?

    It is showing a URL 200 result. I can also see that the notification URL is pointing to my affiliate plugin. Im not sure how that happened since I made sure my setting in my selling tools for the IPN is pointing to the URL that the Paypal IPN gave. And it is still. How do I fix this?

    The affiliate plugin must be using the NotifyURL in the payment requests it generates to PayPal. You will need to figure out how to get that disabled in their plugin so that your default IPN URL from the PayPal profile will kick in.

    At that point you would find that IPNs are showing up in our plugin’s system as expected, but then you may also find that data in the affiliate system is not updating as expected.

    That’s where our IPN Forwarder comes into play, so that you can set our plugin’s URL as your primary handler, and then forward the IPN data out to any number of additional URL’s you need to run.

    So again, in this case you need to get the affiliate system to stop overriding the IPN URL, and then if you need that IPN system to run at the same time as your own (our plugin) you can review our Forwarder as an option.
