Is a Child theme required?

    I assume you don’t run this and the official Tidio plugin together and that the KP Fastest Tidio Chat is a stand-alone plugin?

    I don’t use a Child theme – could that be the issue?

    Hi @whiskey8

    Yes, our plugin will work stand-alone. And child theme is not needed.

    Please only use this code in plugin settings:
    //code.tidio.co/bbmcmqqkqazoxwznne07fkmgiob8uiup.js

    And please deactivate Official Tidio plugin. It should work fine then.
