I am not sure which version you are using, this feature only works in pro version,
If you are using any cache plugin please try to deactivate cache plugin first.

The versions I’m using are free = 2.2.14
Pro version = 1.0.0 (downloaded this morning from my account with you).
No cache plugin.
I’ll try and get a version on a test server for you to see, just wondered if it’s a known issue.

It works when I have keep expanded enabled, but then keeps all accordions open.
It’s also not working on tabs.

Hi PickPlugins.
Sorry for the delay in replying – was getting the site up onto a test server.
The problem seems to be tabs rather than accordions now.
For example, on this page there’s 4 tabs, all of which have the first tab marked as active, but don’t open when automatically.
