Is Category / Tag Tracking included?

    Hi, I’m comparing your plugin with WP Facebook Pixel and the only reason why I would choose it over your plugin because it has “Category / Tag Tracking” as a feature.

    Now I read this on your page: “GeneralEvent option automatically pulls content_name, content_type, tags and content_ids on every page.”

    But there’s no mention of category tracking, and I don’t mean WooCommerce category tracking, I mean WordPress category tracking.

    So my question:

    Does your plugin do complete Category and Tag Tracking?

    Hi Jan,

    The free version tracks WordPress category, while tag tracking is available in the current Pro version.

    I am not sure what the other plugin is doing, but our list of features is pretty long (and I have to admit, not very well explained).

    We are also working on some new features and integrations.

    And also what is “TVA: $11.55”???

    Such an added unexplained cost is surely costing you conversions.

    Ok I see its tax which I expected (just entered my tax number) but isn’t that VAT? Anyway, was confusing to me… Because I’m used to seeing that described as VAT value added tax

    The VAT is required by law on all the digital transactions in EU.

    Probably a spelling error I presume, and I agree your stuff isn’t well explained, can definitely use better organisation, but thanks anyway, i hope the plugin is good and will work fully and reliably, that’s what’s most important

    Yes i know that, but on your site it spells TVA, not VAR, so that’s confusing!

    I’ve just changed the tax name from TVA to VAT (TVA is the name in my country, so I must have add it like this by mistake).

    If you are in the EU and VAT registered no tax will be added (you must add your VAT number)

    If you are outside the EU, no tax will be added.

    What does “Activate plugin general settings” mean?

    That is like super undescriptive

    Nevermind I get it now, after reading the guide i guess it’s just enabling the plugin on the front end.

    Anyhow, I’d really prefer just clarify in a well thought out interface itself instead of a guide that is also not so easy navigable. A well thought self explanitory interface is a lot quicker to work through and understand then a guide.

    Just my 2 cents

    By the way, as per WordPress rules, support for the pro version is done on the site and not here.
