Hello @laminedj,
The Cart abandonment plugin currently does not support WPML. As an alternative, we recommend using Loco Translate to translate or change the plugin’s text. This should help in achieving the desired translations.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns left unanswered as I would be more than happy to assist you further.
In fact, I was thinking about translating the emails sent to customers at H+30, D+1, and D+3.
If the original language is English, but you have a version of your site in French, Spanish, etc., is it possible to change the language of the email sent?
Regards
Hello @laminedj,
Translating the recovery emails is currently not possible, this functionality might be available in future updates.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
Hello @laminedj
I was also struck with this issue and actually I was very surprised that the templates couldn’t be translated. (it wouldn’t be that hard to build it in).
To enable translation via a workaround I have created a small plugin which you can find here: https://github.com/brrrm/garbo-translate-woocommerce-cart-abandonment-recovery
Currently the plugin is focussed on Polylang but you or your developer could easily fork the code and make it compatible with wpml.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Bram.

Hello @garbokaas,,
Thank you for sharing this! I appreciate the effort you’ve put into creating a workaround for the translation issue. I’ll make sure to pass this along to our development team for review. It’s great to know that there’s already a solution focused on Polylang, and we’ll definitely look into the possibility of expanding compatibility with WPML as well.
Thanks again for your contribution!
Best regards,
