    Dear MemberPress Support Team,

I have a question regarding the functionality of membership discounts in the MemberPress plugin. Specifically, I would like to understand if it’s possible to configure the settings such that:

    1. Membership discounts are not applied to special-priced products.
      For example:
      • Regular price for Amul Ghee: $20
      • Member price: $14.99
      • Expected outcome:
        • Customer with membership: Charged $14.99
        • Customer without membership: Charged $20
      • What shouldn’t happen:
        • Customer with membership is charged $12 (i.e., $14.99 minus an additional $2.99 membership discount applied on top of the special price).
    2. Discounts are applied mutually exclusively, ensuring that only one type of promotion (either the special price or the membership discount) is active at a time.

Could you confirm if the above scenarios can be achieved using the MemberPress plugin? If not, does MemberPress always apply a flat discount at the cart level without mutual exclusivity between promotions?

    Hi @prasannabillava37,

Thanks for reaching out Members Support Team!

We don’t have such an option like that I believe that will require custom development to achieve that.

Also, MemberPress will apply one coupon, you can’t apply more than coupon. I recommend contacting MemberPress support form here as this form is for Members plugin.

    Regards,
