Is delay before pick-up available ?

    Hello,

    I don’t already have the pro version of your plug-in but I’m thinking about it. Before I buy it I would like to be sure that it includes the features I need.

    1. I need time to prepare each order before pick-up, is it possible to prevent the customer from selecting a pick-up time during the next 2 hours ?

    Example : a customer purchases an item in my store at 8am, and I have set-up 30min intervals. I need 2 hours to prepare the order in the physical store, so I would like the next interval available to be 10am-10:30am.

    2. I would also like to set-up a delivery method with other rules. I would just like the customer to select “Delivery” instead of “Pick-up” and there would be other rules (other intervals, different delay) than the ones used for pick-up. Is that also a possibility ?

    Hello @myrial

    1. It is possible by our processing time feature
    2. You can set up different delivery and pickup date, time, off days but a different delay is not possible. delay is applicable equally for both delivery and pickup.
