After reflecting this update, when I checked the source of the page, I could not find “</ head>” which I thought I wrote at the end of header.php.
Disabling the plugin restored “</ head>”.

Fortunately, the layout of the site has not collapsed, but it is a fatal error in HTML validation, so please improve it as soon as possible.

  • Same problem. I shouldn’t have upgraded to the new version. Migration has loaded the server to the limit.

We too have this problem, wave the <body> element there, but there is no </head> it dissapeared after updating and this makes our HTML code invalid, sliders and so lot.

Hopefully developers read us and take care of this soon, so doesn´t happen to others.

Thanks for reaching out! We’ve identified a fix for this and it will be available in our next release due out shortly.

    Thanks for your patience!

@benjaminprojas, nice to meet you and thanks for the feedback.

Just one thing, we tryed to fix and include the </html> tag thru FTP and in that file the tag exists, so we couln´t do much there, but when you visit the site, the tag is missing. Maybe this information helps or whatever.

    Thanks again! 😉

We’ve just pushed out an update that should fix this issue. Can you update to 4.0.9 and see if that resolves it?
