I purchased the wp-filebase pro and that supposedly includes premium support. My ticket has not been updated in over a month. Do not purchase Pro.

These forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

I’ve actually done that. I’m not asking for support here. I’m asking the plugin developer to acknowledge the premium customers.
