    Hi, I use your plugin.

    Pages is dutch is “Pagina’s”, but the ‘ is causing problems here.
    I can solve it to use the html variant of ‘ , but your plugin changes the html directly to the ‘ again so that is causing a problem again.

    This is already like this for a long time, can you change this?

    And what I also would like is to disable the headings like ‘Pages’, ‘Categories’ completely.

    Other request is that we can decide ourselves if we want to use <h3> or <h2> for the headings.
