Hi @all,
Thank you for sharing your concerns and feedback with us.
We want to assure you that your comments were not deleted from our side. It’s possible that a WordPress moderator removed them.
Please note that ww.wp.xz.cn is an online community moderated by volunteers. Even if you comment there, you only have the option to edit your comment, not to delete it. We have the same interface and controls. Nothing was done from our end.
For more information on ww.wp.xz.cn’s moderation policies, you can refer to the following link:

Please know that we genuinely value your input and never intend to dismiss any feedback. Your thoughts are important to us, and we’re always here to listen and support you.
Thanks again for reaching out.

@usamaazad99 I find it hard to believe a moderator would remove those comments—they were still constructive. Have you received any updates or a notification? And have you asked via Slack why they got removed?

Hi all ,
We hope you’re doing well.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate it. Your input means a lot to us, and we truly value your involvement in the community.
I want to confirm that your feedback has been noted and forwarded to our Product Analyst Team for review.
The feedback thread was not removed by us. It was deleted by a WordPress moderator. Unfortunately, we do not have the permissions or access to delete or moderate posts on the forums. Forum moderation is solely managed by the WordPress volunteer team.
For reference, here’s the link to the WordPress Forum Moderation FAQs, which outlines how and why topics or replies can be removed:

Once again, thank you for your feedback. It’s incredibly valuable to us.
Best regards,

@usamaazad99 if you and your team really care about and want that the comments come back, you can ask via slack for the reasons!
There does not exist a scenario where a developer may use these support forums for a blog post. That topic was that, so is this topic and it is being closed to new replies. The developer did not do that, that action was performed by the moderation team.
These support forums have a limited use for supporting users of this plugin or seeking support for themselves as users of the plugin. The support forums here have never been for any open ended running conversations. That’s what a blog is for and if the developer wishes to engage users that way they are welcome to post a topic with a link to their blog post.
That topic too will be closed to new comments and I am now closing this topic as well.
