It should, are you installing it on the parent site and wanting it to cache all the child sites?

Yes. I would like to network activate it. I don’t know if settings would be for all sites or for each individual one.
The latest version, 1.51, supports multisite. If it’s network activated, each site would have to enable caching in their respective settings. However, when multisite support is expanded in the next release, I’d like to have a setting in the main network site where you can set it to enable all the child blogs for caching. Then, of course, when the child blog updates it’s content, their cache would be automatically refreshed, but the caching would be sort of transparent, with all the settings controlled in the main site.
