Is “http vs. https” the reason Username Field not showing in Browsers?

    Greetings,

    Here is a graphic showing my settings and what I get in various browsers (including the most up-to-date versions of Firefox, Chrome, Edge).

    Is the reason that the USERNAME FIELD is missing because the site is not Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure?

    If so, I will make arrangements with the hosting company to make changes.

    If not, what am I missing in the plugin’s setup?
