• I am just now trying out this plugin. I will buy it if it works as advertised. I installed the free version. I then opened up another entirely different browser, turned on a VPN, and visited the page. I saw that it recognized it as a visitor.
    I then tried again using an entirely different browser and different VPN location. That visit was not recorded.
    So I then got on my mobile phone, used a VPN and visited the page. Still nothing. So why is it not counting these visits?

    Hello,

    Thank you for initiating this discussion. Could you kindly confirm whether you’ve properly configured the IP settings? Additionally, please ensure that you’ve conducted tests while logged out.

    It’s worth noting that WP Statistics typically excludes logged-in users by default.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I’m not for sure what properly configured IP settings would mean. I see “IP Detection” in the settings. I see my IP listed and use REMOTE_ADDR is selected. But if I am using a VPN and I different browser wouldn’t my IP address be detected as different?

    I was not logged in on the browsers I were using. And the one test I did on my mobile phone.
    Willing to try any suggestions.

    I really think this plugin has great potential and would be well worth the price, however since I have not heard back I am assuming this is an issue that is not fixable on my end.
