Yes, that is the expected behavior. WooCommerce Subscriptions is managing your subscription, not Stripe.
Stripe’s subscription billing feature is separate from the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

I have enabled “retries” on Stripe dashboard last month. (revenue recovery in other words, it retries after few days when subscription payment fails) I have also asked Stripe and they told me that “retries” function also works for woocommerce subscriptions, even if there is no subscriptions on Stripe dashboard > subscriptions. However, in real it doesn’t work. My failed subscriptions are never retried. What am I missing here, or there is a bug ?
