    Hi All,
    I would like to implement a map like the linked one.

    Is it possible to create one like that with this plugin?

    Is it possible to create a map on which I can select Nation->Province->City and visualize only markers of that city?

    It’s possible, but it’s probably just as easy to custom build it.

    The only helpful thing this plugin would provide is that you should be able to access your maps with this javascript variable: window.WPLeafletMapPlugin.maps

    With that you could manipulate the map center when a select dropdown is changed. Hope that helps
