Hi, It appears that this plugin uses Custom Post Type, and as such it creates a single cpt page for each downloaded file that is set. If I click the “Disable the single download page for this download item” it still creates a single page that is available to browse via direct its permalink, and just the download button is not there. Is it possible that this url will not be created? why does it needed to create a frontend single page permalink for that? I could not disable it.
    10x.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I tested this myself in my dev site. I enabled “Disable the single download page for this download item”, saved the settings. Then I used a different browser to view the download file URL. And it displays a message “The admin of this site has disabled this download item page.”. So this tells me that enabling that feature is working as expected.

it still creates a single page that is available to browse via direct its permalink, and just the download button is not there.

As per my comment above. Also who ever lands on that URL will not be able to do anything because it is disabled.

Is it possible that this url will not be created?

Unfortunately at present that URL is needed for the functionality of the plugin.

    Kind regards.
