    Apologies for the late reply on this, thanks for your patience.

    To dig into what’s happening on your site, could you send through the output of “Copy Support Info” from the plugin’s settings sidebar? That gives us your version, settings, theme, and active plugins in one go.

      Once we have those, we’ll take a look and let you know what we find.
