Just wondered if it is easy to apply Lazy Load to it (as I’d like to have lots more images). There are several Lazy Load plugins but I’m at a loss as to how to configure them for a carousel.

I have never tried using Lazy Load. The script will load the images as they move into the carousel so I’m not sure if Lazy Load would interfere with that.
