Is your other plugin Master Slider still being maintained? There is a security issue reported over 4 months ago but the Averta team doesn’t reply at all. And the forms on the referenced help.averta.net site return an error when you try to submit the form.

Dear John, Short answer would be yes but I recommend you switch to Depicter for better performance and faster update in the future. Below, I explain the details.
I understand how important timely updates and communication are, especially when it comes to security-related matters. Please note that while it’s not a significant problem, we are working on releasing an update to apply some improvements. Our team is constantly in contact with vulnerability report services like Wordfence and others, and pays attention to the smallest details possible.
Also, take into account that our products are released via formal channels like the official WordPress repository or Envato marketplace, and they are always scanned for any serious security issues or viruses before release.
And for the helpcenter, it is working fine, and if you can’t use it for any reason, you are welcome to contact us via the live chat channel whenever you like. We are always available there.
Is there a conversion tool to convert master slider slides to depicter slides? If there is, I am happy to switch. Otherwise I would have to recreate 22 sliders and I won’t be doing that.
Updates: nice words, but if you are “constantly in contact with vulnerability report services” and security is really important to you, you wouldn’t wait more then 4 months to fix vulnerabilities. Not even if they are minor issues.
Them master slider helpcenter does *not* work. If you try to submit a ticket here, you get this error:
I also reported that in my ticket (3225346965), they replied over a week ago that it will be fixed, but it still isn’t.

There is no conversion tool to convert master slider slides to Depicter slides because they are two completely different plugins, and to get support for the Master Slider Free, please submit your tickets via the Depicter channel for now.
