Is my header.php right?

Not a huge PHP guy. But I am guessing that the SEO Titles plugin is not able to do its job because of this following code in my header.php file.

<title><?php bloginfo( ‘name’ ); ?></title>

What does it need to be changed to in order to have SEO Title work?
