If you choose another domain that does not infringe then you can 301 redirect the old URL requests to that. There’s no search engine penalty when you do that.

this is a scareware domain because site is just 1 day old, with original files only.
so this one, is faking it.
ok, i got it, it was the cloudflare plugin that was modifying the email address in footer, change of email format seems to have fixed it.
You Should use Cloudfair for your wordpress blog.
i am already using it, as i said, the false positive was due to cloudflare plugin encrypting my site

Sucuri is highly regarded here. I suggest you follow all advise given here. What you are now saying is both Sucuri and Cloudflare are wrong?
