Unfortunately, for the time being, we don’t have support for importing/exporting translations.
This is a tracked feature and will be available in the future versions of TranslatePress – but, as there are other features more requested that require prioritization, I can’t give you a timeframe for when will this be implemented.

We do not recommend this. But if you want to export the translations from the database
You will need to export all tables with “trp_*”
However, for this to work, it means having the site on which you add the tables in exactly the same way.
And I don’t find it useful to do this when there are plugins like “wp-all-in-one-import-export” that allow you to copy the website with everything in a very easy way.
