Is someone hacking me?

    I just installed the plugin 404 to 301. The plugin keeps a log of all 404 errors.
    Yesterday, 1 x IP address had several errors:
    It says that it is from:Google HK and it tried to access:

/user/register/?element_parents=account/mail/%23value&ajax_form=1&_wrapper_format=drupal_ajax

/administrator/webconfig.txt.php

/webconfig.txt.php

    Is this a hacker? What is it and what should I do next?
