The petition’s signature fields are being shown directly on the page, instead of in a popup, and the little summary with the signature bar that should show on the page, is not being displayed. It’s as though a javascript is not being linked correctly.

We’re using the latest plugin version 1.8.2.

We had to migrate from one subsite url in multisite to another, via a backup and restore.

We reinstalled the plugin and reactivated it.

Can someone tell me where the path for any javascripts would be stored?

There also seems to be a lack of styling, which may indicate a broken CSS link.

Thanks in advance if anyone has any advice!

    Problem found and workaround done.

Either Avada’s Fusion Builder does not play nice with the petition plugin, or vice versa. I turned off Avada’s Fusion Builder, and hand coded a set of <div> tags to rebuild the page, and the petition immediately started working. It seems the petitions will need pages based on normal WordPress editor, not the Fusion Builder editor. The petition is working again.

    Quick update.

I recently built a petition page using Avada Fusion builder, and the petition displays properly, exactly as expected.

I cannot say why I had issues earlier and now don’t seem to see any issues, but I wanted to report back on it!
