Is there a copy data plugin?

    Is there a plugin that can copy data (as it comes) from another site and present it on yours? If so what is it called? Where do I start? The data is presented in a table.

    First thing to try is the export/import options under tools menu in wp admin. You can easily export/import pages, posts and stuff like that. hope this helps good luck
