Just started using the plugin and while most forms appear to be getting through fine, I’ve logged a few Chrome and Chrome Mobile users getting blocked all with the same Failed Test Code of “GF-JQHFT-7” using Gravity Forms.

Is there a key where I can look this code up?

Are you able to say what this code indicates? Perhaps some plain english text should be included in the log giving a hint.

I just want to review for any possible incorrect blocking or if it’s simply that they’re blocking cookies or something like that?

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Endymion00,

That particular error code indicates that JavaScript was disabled on their browser. Keep in mind bots use a full range of user-agents to look like real humans.

We don’t provide a key but if you need further info on why any particular spam was blocked, or you think there may be a real person being blocked instead of a bot, we are more than happy to help you out if you submit a support request through our main support channel, the WP-SpamShield Support Form.

If you haven’t had a chance yet, be sure to take a few moments to work through the FAQs and Troubleshooting Guide as these solve over 90% of user issues.
