Is there a function call is_group_mod() ?

    I am running WP 3.4.2 and BuddyPress 1.5.6

    I know there is a function call for is_site_admin()

    I need to determine if the currently logged-in user is a Moderator of the Group being processed. Is there a similar function call like is_group_mod() ?
