Is there a have_next_post() function (or equivalent)?

Hello Everyone,

This is related to [this](http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/207468?replies=6) post.

Is there any sort of have_next/previous_post()-like function in the WordPress API? I’d be interested in using it or something like it create a conditional statement for my post navigation links.
