Is there a log file for Import CSV

I’ve attempted several times to import a csv file, mapped, into Connections, but I only get 28 records, so I’m not sure what’s in error.
The Parse step does confirm 127 records, but the Import step and final result only reports 28 records. Anyone with thoughts?
