Is there a way to hide source code?

Hello,

My application source is NOT insulated within a package hence when a browser inspect tool is used the whole code is exposed. Your plugin helps securing the site in many ways and honestly I am just beginning to understand as I am completely new to WP itself.

So first, is there a way to avoid the above or a workaround which will insulate my source? If Yes, if there is some documentation/tutorial to begin it will be great help.
